FOREWORD

Thank you, we pray to the presence of God Almighty because of His grace.  We can complete the proposal regarding this company profile.The author is aware of the lack of making this proposal. The author hopes that the reader can understand what the author conveys. 

 In preparing this assignment, we faced not a few obstacles, but we realized that the smoothness in preparing this proposal was thanks to the help of encouragement and guidance from parents so that the obstacles we faced were overcome, therefore we thank the teacher in the field of huentrepreneurship who has  give instructions to us so that we are motivated and complete this task.

We tried our best in preparing this proposal, and we realize that this proposal is still not perfect.  However, we hope that the submission of this proposal can be accepted and there are benefits.  If there are errors in the preparation, we apologize profusely, hopefully this activity can be useful and memorable for all of us, amen.

In the field of design, there are many things that need to be considered in its manufacture.  It requires special abilities of a worker so that they can produce good quality products.  In addition to improved products, the company’s workers are all given more in-depth training so that they can produce quality workers according to world worker standards.

 This company is a company based on Home and Interior design.  This company is needed by consumers who have an interest in home planning and home interiors.  In the future this company can compete with world-renowned home design and home interior design companies.

B. ABOUT COMPANY 

AIZCO is a Home and Interior Design company founded in 2023 by [Azka Maulana] with a vision to transform every home into a space that is beautiful, functional, and suits the owner’s personality.  Starting from effort and hard work in design, this company has grown to become one of the leaders in the home and interior design industry.

 This company runs based on the ability to accept all consumer needs.  The workers who work in this company already have certification and the skills to meet consumer demand.  Apart from that, the fields studied by this company are quite evenly distributed so that it can increase consumer understanding and interest in products, both goods and services.

 The home and interior design production process is an important step in creating an aesthetic and functional residential space.  The first step is identifying the client's needs and preferences, which involves initial meetings, research, and in-depth discussions.  After that, the designer will create an initial concept based on the information gathered, including layout planning, color selection, materials and decorative elements.  Next, designers can develop detailed technical drawings to guide contractors in project implementation.  During the implementation phase, the designer will be involved in selecting furniture, decorating, and overseeing the project to ensure the final result matches the initial vision.  The process requires a close understanding between the designer, client and related parties to create a design that perfectly meets the client's needs and expectations.

School Activity

on this day we as students carried out learning activities. we were given the task of making a mind map, besides that we were also asked to present it even though it was only 1 group. after the presentation we were given questions that we had to do, after working on the students and the teacher discussed the assignments given.

Future jobs 

in the future I have aspirations to become a building and interior designer. this is due to my interest and talent in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) major. besides that in the future technology will develop rapidly this can help human work in making it easier and more efficient. because being a designer requires interesting ideas this can be assisted by the breadth of information in the era of globalization which can provide designers with various insights and ideas

2.Function

Questionnaires can be used to collect quantitative and/or qualitative information. Questionnaires are commonly used in market research as well as in the social and health sciences.

4. Expressions and sentences used in questioners

1. What

We use ‘what’ to ask for specific information about something. Here are a few examples of questions and answers.

2. When 

‘When’ is used to ask questions about time. Here are a few examples of questions and answers.

3. Where

We use ‘where’ to ask something about a place or the position of something. Here are a few examples of questions and answers.

5. Type of Questioners

Open questionnaire

The questionnaire is an open questionnaire with a description question type. In this case, the respondent needs to provide an answer in the form of an opinion or an explanation in the blank column provided. Open questionnaires are usually used to obtain in-depth information.

• Closed questionnaire

Meanwhile, in a closed questionnaire, the questions given are in the form of multiple choices or checklists. That way, respondents can only answer questions with the available choices. Closed questionnaire results are relatively easy to process and do not take much time.

•The mixed questionnaire

What is Analytical Text ?

1.Definition

According to the Collins Dictionary, analytical it self is an analytical way of doing something involving the use of logical reasoning.

2.Generic Structure

Thesis: the first part of the text is the thesis, which is an explanation of the topic of the problem and the author's opinion.

Arguments: this section describes the arguments that support the author's opinion.

Reiteration: the final part of the text is reiteration which is in the form of rewriting the thesis or opinion of the author.

3.Purpose

 The purpose of the analytical exposition text is to persuade the reader

 Usually the things discussed are phenomena or problems that are closely related to everyday life.

4.Language Features

a)           The tenses used are the simple present tense.

b)           Arguments begin with firstly, secondly, thirdly, and so on.

c)           Phrases to end the text in the form of from the fact above, therefore, and others.

5.Sample

Why We Shouldn’t Skip Breakfast?

 

Thesis: Breakfast is the first of three important meals you should eat during the day. It can be hard to eat breakfast if you’re busy, but skipping your first meal of the day can affect the rest of your day. Learn the importance of eating breakfast and some breakfast ideas.

 Arguments: Breakfast is important for many reasons. Breakfast gives you the energy you need to start the day.

 When you eat breakfast, you are not as hungry during the day. You will have more energy for school and other activities.

 Breakfast keeps your bones healthy and helps you maintain a healthier weight.

 If you don’t eat breakfast, you might gain extra weight. This is because eating breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism (how your body breaks down food to use as energy). When you skip breakfast, your metabolism slows down.

 

Reiteration: It’s important for your family to model healthy eating behaviors and not skip meals. If your family eats breakfast every day, the children are more likely to eat breakfast every day too. Breakfast the most important meal of the day to keep energize us throughout the day.

Why Do We Have To Preserve Traditional Games? 

Thesis:

Traditional games are play activities that have been carried out by children since ancient times with certain rules to get joy.

But now more people play online games than traditional games.

Arguments:

Online games are played more often than traditional games because they can be played anywhere because you only need to use a cellphone and the internet.

But not a few who play traditional games. However, many traditional games are starting to be forgotten due to lack of preservation.

Here's how to preserve traditional games:

1. Introduce the game to our successors.

2. Make the game more interesting.

3. holding traditional game training.

4 create a community in the neighborhood.

5. Don't give advance technology to young children too often.

Conclusion:

We may play online games but let us not forget the traditional games we have. Because traditional games are one of the cultural heritages for our children and grandchildren. Let's preserve traditional games to protect cultural heritage.

6.Result

 The conclusions that can be drawn from the survey are. From a survey discussing how many people play games there, it explains that there are more people who play games than those who don't play games. The comparison is around 85% who play games and 15% who don't play games.

[The next survey discussed what games the surveyers played. Most of them play FF and ML games. but there are also those who answer not to play games

Furthermore, this survey contains reasons why surveyers do not play games. The average surveyers have the same answer, they don't play the game because they are bored.Apart from playing online games, do the surveyers also play traditional games? The surveyers answered that they also played traditional games (75%) but some did not play traditional games (15%). There are quite a variety of traditional games played by the surveyors, there is a traditional game from Indonesia called engklek,petak umpet,enggrang,congklak,gerobak sodor, etc.This indicates that Indonesian traditional games are still maintained today.
